ACTIVES:
Pentapeptide 59: A biomimetic peptide (mimics the action of a protein found in the venom of a sea anemone) which calms inflammation and irritation within the skin, reducing redness and sensitivity.
Ectoin: A multifunctional amino acid originally discovered in microorganisms living in extreme conditions. It is a small stress-protection molecule that binds water molecules to create complexes that surround cells – forming stabilising hydrating shells around them. With anti-stress, anti-irritant, anti-redness, antioxidant and protective qualities it aids skin health, barrier repair and anti-ageing.
Centella Asiatica: A botanical extract that supports collagen synthesis, improving tensile strength of the skin and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. With powerful antioxidant activity, it increases skin protection and calms inflammation.
Liquorice Root Extract: Brightens and evens skin tone by inhibiting tyrosinase to prevent pigmentation and helping to remove existing excess melanin. It also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
